* A return authorization is required before any return can be refunded.
* Shipping charges and fees will be deducted prior refunds.
Please call us before sending any returns. A Return Authorization number is required to insure proper crediting.
You will be refunded 100% of the product’s price MINUS our actual shipping costs plus any associated fees. All approved returns must be made within 30 days to receive a refund. We reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee or to prorate your refund should we approve a non-standard return/refund.
Some products are shipped refrigerated for your convenience. We will take all possible precautions to ensure your product arrives in its most potent and freshest state. However, we cannot take responsibility for shipment delays or extreme weather conditions.
Shipping is free for orders totaling $100 or more. Please add $8 to orders under $100. Upon acceptance of your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Most orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours of being placed Monday – Thursday. Friday orders confirmed by 11:00 a.m. PST may also be shipped that day. All orders after that time will be shipped the following week, excluding holidays.

- Probiotic orders are shipped with temperature-control packs and insulation requiring an additional $10 handling fee per order
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except for shipments damaged in transit or delayed by shipping vendor beyond a guaranteed delivery day.
